Ark-La-Tex Tents & Events provides professional tent rentals for weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, festivals, and industrial projects throughout a 250-mile radius from Shreveport, Louisiana.

Frame Tents

Frame tents are a flexible option for events and projects where interior space and layout freedom are important. Because they do not require center poles, frame tents allow for unobstructed seating, staging, and equipment placement.

These tents can be installed on grass, asphalt, or concrete using appropriate anchoring systems and are commonly used for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and industrial applications.

Clear Top & Structure Tents

Clear top tents provide weather protection while allowing natural light and visibility, making them a popular option for evening events and outdoor settings where ambiance is important.

Structure tents are designed for larger-scale or longer-term use and are commonly utilized for festivals, concerts, corporate events, plant shutdowns, and industrial operations where durability and coverage are critical.

Pole Tents

Pole tents offer a traditional, peaked appearance and are best suited for grassy areas where ground staking is possible. These tents rely on tension and center poles for structural support and are often selected for outdoor weddings, large gatherings, and seasonal events.

Pole tents are generally more cost-effective but require sufficient open space for proper installation.

Tent Sizing & Space Planning

Proper tent sizing is essential for safety, comfort, and event flow. General space guidelines include:

  • Standing events: approximately 6 square feet per person

  • Theater-style seating: approximately 8 square feet per person

  • Banquet-style seating: approximately 12 square feet per person

Additional space is required for items such as food service areas, bars, dance floors, staging, lighting, and equipment access. Our team provides guidance to help determine appropriate tent sizes based on your specific needs.

Installation & Site Considerations
